Part 8 - Reporting and self-assessments

Checklist

  • The PMP Report is sent to CPSA prior to the June 30 deadline.
  • Corporate reporting professionals have access to the Results Achieved sections of executive performance agreements in order to complete their DPR.

Discussion

The completed Results Achieved sections of executive performance agreements serve as the basis for reporting to Parliament and the Canadian public.

Internal: Internal reporting about the PMP includes reporting of the departmental self-assessment of the effectiveness and health of the PMP to the deputy head, the senior executive team and all executives in the organization. Sharing results with executives should be part of the EX consultation process that is mentioned under Quality assurance.
