Footnotes

Return to footnote reference [1] Type is defined as follows: Previously committed to—committed to in the first or second fiscal year prior to the subject year of the report; ongoing—committed to at least three fiscal years prior to the subject year of the report; and new—newly committed to in the reporting year of the Report on Plans and Priorities or the Departmental Performance Report.

Return to footnote reference [2] The majority of the reversed payable at year-end charges relate to a 2009–10 actuarial estimate for a one-time expected increase in paper claims to have been submitted by members for benefits that were not previously claimed during the transition to the PSHCP benefit card. These increases in paper claims did not occur as expected.
