Continue to implement the Mine Water Management strategy for this site. The New Victoria HDS mine water treatment facility intercepts and treats contaminated mine water from a series of 9 flooded coal mines. The treated discharge is released to the marine environment. The facility has a treatment capacity of 2000 L/min and treats over 500 million liters of contaminated mine water annually.
