Action Plan

Groundwater monitoring for a period of two years for metals and Poly-aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). Start of a full risk assessment for the area fiscal year 2006-07. Finalizing risk assessment under Ontario Ministry of the Environment (MOE) site condition report fiscal year 2007-08. Screening Level Risk Assessment (SLRA) 2008/2009 - Additional monitoring for a period of 2-3 years be conducted at CAUS-4 to determine the concentrations of PAHs in groundwater at this location. No PAH impacts therefore no further action required.

Soils and groundwater impacted with Poly-aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) and arsenic due to poor quality fill. Risk Assessment determined that no unacceptable human health risks exists
