This difference is a result of $63.3 million in new authorities received after the Main Estimates for Canada's Economic Action Plan initiatives (CAF, RInC and Canada Business), $6.4 million related to Canada's Roadmap to Linguistic Duality, and other authorities received for collective bargaining, other employer salary obligations, infrastructure program operations, and operating budget carry forward items.
