According to the Human Health Preliminary Quantitative Risk Assessment, concentrations at the Site do not represent a human health r isk due to the presence of incomplete exposure pathways and no further action is planned under the FACS 10-step process. The Site is an operational storm sewer outfall facility and will continue to be managed as part of Shilo CFB operation and maintenance (O&M) pr ogram. The O&M activities should include administrative control measures (signage at outfall location warning residents of potential health risk) and periodical monitoring to verify the human health and environmental sustainability of the operations and to determi ne the need for corrective actions. The risk at the Site has been evaluated for the current industrial land use conditions. If co nditions change, the risk should be re-evaluated considering new circumstances.
