The future-oriented financial highlights presented within this Report on Plans and Priorities are intended to serve as a general overview of Health Canada’s financial position and operations. Subsequent to the preparation of the Future-oriented Statement of Operations, the Federal Budget announced 2009-10 funding for the Department totalling $202.3 Million for the First Nations and Inuit Health program and $500 Million for Canada Health Infoway. These amounts are not reflected in this statement.
