List of Changes to the Agreement between the Treasury Board and The Federal Government Dockyard Chargehands Association - Ship Repair (East Coast)

PART I - GENERAL

ARTICLE 3
CONFLICT BETWEEN FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

3.02 In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and any regulation except as provided under Section 113 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, this Agreement shall take precedence over the said regulation.

PART II - WORKING CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 11
VACATION LEAVE WITH PAY

11.06 In order to ensure that vacation leave is used in accordance with articles 11.03 and 11.04, any employee with more than ten (10) days remaining on December 1st of that vacation year shall meet and discuss with his or her supervisor when they are going to use that portion of their leave in excess of 10 days by March 31st of the same vacation year. If they cannot reach an agreement the employer will schedule such leave subject to clause 11.07.
