Boxes are numbered to identify the content represented in each box.

Boxes 1 and 2 read from left to right, respectively, and are solid yellow. Box 1 shows Transport Canada’s 2008-2009 strategic outcome: an efficient transportation system that contributes to Canada’s economic growth and trade objectives and its associated program activity: transportation policy development, programs and infrastructure in support of a market-based framework. Box 2 shows Transport Canada’s 2009-10 strategic outcome: an efficient transportation system and its associated program activities: transportation marketplace; framework; gateways and trade corridors; transportation infrastructure; and transportation innovation.
