| The CGC is in the process of preparing a regulatory initiative resulting from Bill C-39, An Act to Amend the Canada Grain Act (CGA). Bill C-39 is subject to a legislative process that includes numerous steps, as well as opportunity for stakeholder feedback and amendments to the Bill. A final package of amendments will not be known until legislation is actually passed. | Amendments to the Canada Grain Regulations are required if amendments are made to the Canada Grain Act as a result of Bill C-39. |
