Regulations	Expected Results
The CGC is in the process of preparing a regulatory initiative resulting from Bill C-39, An Act to Amend the Canada Grain Act (CGA). Bill C-39 is subject to a legislative process that includes numerous steps, as well as opportunity for stakeholder feedback and amendments to the Bill. A final package of amendments will not be known until legislation is actually passed.	Amendments to the Canada Grain Regulations are required if amendments are made to the Canada Grain Act as a result of Bill C-39.
