Les résultats du Sondage auprès des fonctionnaires fédéraux (SAFF) de 2018 sont présentés selon l’ordre numérique des questions et regroupés selon les thèmes des sections tels qu’ils apparaissaient dans le questionnaire. Les résultats n’apparaissent pas lorsqu’il y n’a pas de comparaison historique, ou lorsqu’il y a un nombre insuffisant de réponses.

Remarque : En raison de l'arrondissement des pourcentages, le total n'égale pas toujours 100 pour cent. Les résultats ont été pondérés pour les non-réponses afin de mieux représenter la population cible. Par conséquent, les pourcentages ne devraient pas être utilisés pour déterminer le nombre de répondants au sein d’une catégorie de réponse. Les réponses positives et les réponses négatives sont calculées en supprimant les réponses « Ne sais pas » et « Ne s’applique pas » du nombre total de réponses.

Harcèlement

Le harcèlement est normalement défini comme une série d’incidents, mais peut être constitué d’un seul incident grave lorsqu’il a un impact durable sur l’individu.

Discrimination

La discrimination, c’est le fait de réserver à quelqu’un un traitement différent ou inéquitable en raison d’une caractéristique personnelle ou d’une distinction, intentionnellement ou non, qui a pour effet d’imposer des désavantages non imposés à d’autres, ou d’empêcher ou de restreindre l’accès aux avantages offerts à d’autres membres de la société. Il y a 13 motifs de distinction illicite dans la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne (c.-à-d. fondé sur la race, l’origine nationale ou ethnique, la couleur, la religion, l’âge, le sexe, l’orientation sexuelle, l’identité ou l’expression de genre, l’état matrimonial, la situation de famille, les caractéristiques génétiques [y compris l’obligation de subir un test génétique, ou de communiquer les résultats d’un test génétique], la déficience [ou le handicap] ou l’état de personne graciée).
