These guidelines update the current guidance that supports the Policy on Management, Resources and Results Structures (MRRS). The objective is to establish consistency in recording and reporting of internal services.

Figure 3 illustrates the organizational structure of the scenario department. The organization comprises three sectors: the Program Sector, the Operations Sector and the Corporate Services Sector. The Program Sector is made up of the Industrial Research Branch and the Academic Research Branch. The Operations Sector is made up of four regions: the Eastern Region, the Central Region, the Western Region and the Northern Region. The Corporate Services Sector has no breakdown.
