This diagram depicts the organizational roles involved in Manage Travel, which are grouped in four categories:

  • Requirements Framework;
  • Financial Management;
  • Central Services; and
  • Travel Administration.

The Requirements Framework category has four organizational roles:

  • Office of the Comptroller General - Financial Management Sector;
  • Deputy head;
  • National Joint Council; and
  • Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer.

The Financial Management category has three organizational roles:

  • Corporate finance;
  • Financial services; and
  • Responsibility centre manager.

The Central Services category has two organizational roles:

  • Shared Travel Services; and
  • Receiver General - Banking and Cash Management Sector.

The Travel Administration category has four organizational roles:

  • Employee;
  • Traveller;
  • Departmental travel card coordinator; and
  • Designated departmental travel coordinator.
