This page contains the authorization form that candidates should complete to have their résumé posted to the Interchange Canada website.

Privacy Act

The information on this form is used to assess a request for Interchange Canada assignments, in accordance with approved policies. Personal information is protected under the Privacy Act and is held in the Interchange Canada database number PSC PCE 729 and /or PSC PPU 069 Inventory of Applicants and Participants. You may be given access to, request correction of, or have a notation attached to the information about yourself. For more information, please consult the Legal Corner.

The information on this forms as well as your résumé will be posted on the Interchange Canada website for a period of six (6) months and used by hiring managers and human resources personnel to assess your skills for potential Interchange Canada assignments. Personal information is protected under the Privacy Act and will be accessible only to hiring managers and human resources personnel both from the federal government and outside organizations, as prescribed in the Directive on Interchange Canada.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Interchange Canada Program, prospective participants must be currently employed and their employer must be willing to act as their sponsor. Résumés will not be posted if these criteria are not met.

Only résumés in MS Word or PDF format can be attached in the designated area of the authorization form.
