The purpose of this notice is a follow-up to the call letter sent to you on February 22, 2007 informing you that starting in fiscal year 2007-2008, since the Department of Justice and the newly created Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions have received new Vote-Netted Revenue authorities, client departments are no longer required to reverse the amounts for the provision of legal services charged to their appropriation to the F155 authority code.

For any client departments who have already processed the reversing entry, it must be reversed in the period 12 Extended 2 CFMRS Trial Balance.

Should you have any questions please contact Sylvie Godin (613-946-7368, Sylvie.Godin@tbs-sct.gc.ca).
