(Dec 23, 2014 - JM; no change) Tanks at Border Beacon was decommissioned and disposed of Sept 2000. Consultant identified petroleum hydrocarbon impacts in surface soils - samples within CCME CWS - TPH and within Atlantic PIRI Tier 1 guidelines for surface soil wi th non potable groundwater use (but above potable use). Province requested a revised report in Mar 2009. Report complete, letter wit h report to be sent to Province 17 Aug 2010. Comments from Province on REvised REport received 9 Nov 2010. Comments addressed by Dil lon Consulting and sent to Province 7 Jan 2011. SITE TRANSFERRED TO ADM(IE) in Feb 2011
