Action Plan

The environmental and human health risks under current site usage were found to be at acceptable levels. At this time, the Museum is not required to take any further monitoring, characterization or remedial action. However, in the event of deep excavation work, risks to construction workers should be confirmed through further monitoring in the area of excavation (i.e. soil, groundwater and air monitoring). The risks should also be re-evaluated if there are to be changes in land use (e.g. if additional buildings are erected on site).
