Explanation of Funds Available (dollars)

Vote 1 : $21,560 in total authorities is available within the Vote due to funds having been set aside to offset foregone revenue related to the remission of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for certain local staff in direct support of the Canadian mission in Kandahar province.

Vote 5 : $584,342 in total authorities is available within the Vote due to: the deferral of spending under the Community Historical Recognition Program ($388,342) to future years; and, reduced requirements under the International Organization for Migration contribution ($196,000).
