Every new Treasury Board Secretariat Analyst becomes part of our formal career development program. This program allows you to build your career in a planned, measured way, and to receive the help you need to achieve your goals. You will receive coaching/mentorship, skill development through on-the-job and external training, and regular reviews of your progress and performance.

Based on your performance, you'll be able to progress through a series of promotions. You could be eligible for a promotion as soon as one year after joining our team.
