Introduction
Welcome to the Chartered Accountant Student Training (CAST) Program, a three-year work-study program offered by the Office of the Comptroller General on behalf of the Government of Canada to students graduating from university in the spring of 2012.
The CAST Program offers full-time positions that combine the following:
- the development of specific competencies required to qualify as a chartered accountant (CA); and
- the completion of increasingly complex projects and assignments in a variety of federal departments and agencies.
