• Total spending is forecasted to increase from 2012–13 to 2013–14 ($2,711,199,661, which includes sunset programs).
• Planned spending including sunset programs is expected to decrease from 2014–15 ($2,703,002,208) to 2015–16 ($2,693,070,604), and increase in 2016–17 ($2,780,061,397).
