This flow chart is the Tribunal’s Program Activity Architecture that shows how its program activity of “hearings of complaints” and the program activity of “internal services” lead to the Tribunal’s strategic outcome, which is “Individuals have equal access, as determined by the Canadian Human Rights Act and the Employment Equity Act, to fair and equitable adjudication of human rights and employment equity cases that are brought before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.” This in turn supports the Government of Canada outcome of “A diverse society that promotes linguistic duality and social inclusion.”
