For the fiscal year 2009-10 the cost per claim was $3,300 and the average processing time was 19.0 months. 30,000 claims were referred, 28,500 claims were finalized and 59,000 claims were pending (legacy).
For the fiscal year 2010-11 the forecasted cost per claim is $3,200 and the forecasted average processing time is 22.0 months. 22,000 claims are forecasted to be referred, 33,500 claims are forecasted to be finalized and 47,500 claims are forecasted to be pending (legacy).
For the fiscal year 2011-12 the planned cost per claim is $3,000 and the planned average processing time is 22.0 months. 23,500 claims are planned to be referred, 25,000 claims are planned to be finalized, 4,500 claims are planned to be pending (legacy) and 41,500 claims are planned to be pending (new system).
For the fiscal year 2012-13, 22,500 claims are planned to be referred, 23,500 claims are planned to be finalized, 3,500 claims are planned to be pending (legacy) and 41,500 claims are planned to be pending (new system).
For the fiscal year 2013-14, 21,500 claims are planned to be referred, 21,500 claims are planned to be finalized, 3,500 claims are planned to be pending (legacy) and 41,500 claims are planned to be pending (new system).
Note: The graph does not include PRRA referrals and finalizations for 2012-13 and thereafter.
