The spending trend bar graph shows that total spending in 2009–2010 was just over 50 million dollars and Canada Economic Action Plan (CEAP) spending was close to 35 million dollars. In 2010–2011, total spending increases to about 60 million dollars and CEAP spending to almost 45 million dollars. Both amounts are planned to drop in 2011–2012 and 2012–2013 to about 44 million dollars in total spending and about 28 million dollars in CEAP spending.
