Shown in red, executive growth starts from 5% in 2001 and climbs at an average rage of10% per year until 2003 when it levels off to 5% in 2004 and almost zero growth in 2005. Growth begins to rise again in 2006 and 2007 at an average rate of 5%. The graph ends in 2007 at 40%.

Shown in blue, non-executive growth also starts at 5% in 2001 and climbs at an average rate of 10% a year in 2002 and 2003. Growth slows in 2004 and 2005 to 2.5% per year but begins to rise again between 2005 and 2007 averaging 5% a year. The graph ends in 2007 at 40%.
