Report on the Administration of the Supplementary Retirement Benefits Act

The report for the Supplementary Retirement Benefits Act (SRBA) summarizes the administrative operations of the SRBA. The SRBA provides increased pension benefits resulting from the indexation of pensions for Lieutenant Governors and Federally Appointed Judges, as well as recipients of pensions under a number of other acts. The annual report includes a statement showing amounts paid into and out of the SRBA, as well as a brief summary of the provisions dealing with contributions, benefits payable, and funding. It also contains statistics on membership.

Erratum

Subsequent to the tabling in Parliament and online publication of the Report on the Administration of the Supplementary Retirement Benefits Act for Fiscal Years Ended March 31, 2015 through 2020, erroneous data presenting the number of active contributors was corrected.

These changes do not affect the rest of the information contained in the reports.
