Rates of Pay and Terms and Conditions of Employment Modifications for Unrepresented /Excluded Employees of Certain Specific Occupational Groups

I am pleased to announce the revised rates of pay as well as modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Employment for certain unrepresented/excluded employees, as approved by the Treasury Board of Canada, for the following groups: Defence Scientific Service Group (levels 7A, 7B and 8) and the Law Management Group.

Rates of Pay

The rates of pay applicable to these unrepresented/excluded employee groups can be found online at: Rates of Pay for Certain Excluded and Unrepresented Employees.

The attached Appendices A and B report the rates of pay for those unrepresented or excluded positions.

Performance Pay

As indicated in correspondence sent out from the Chief Human Resources Officer Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, changes made to the administration of the corporate commitment will be implemented for the 2015-16 performance cycle. Please refer to their correspondence sent on July 6, 2015 for further details as these changes will also apply to the Defence Scientific Service Group (levels 7A, 7B and 8) and the Law Management Group.
