This diagram depicts the organizational roles involved in the Manage Planning and Budgeting business process. The roles are grouped into five stakeholder categories:

  • Requirements Framework;
  • Financial Management;
  • Strategic Planning;
  • Investment Management; and
  • Other Functional Roles.

The Requirements Framework category has four organizational roles:

  • Financial Management Sector of the Office of the Comptroller General;
  • Acquired Services and Assets Sector of the Office of the Comptroller General;
  • Treasury Board Secretariat program analyst; and
  • Deputy head.

The Financial Management category has four organizational roles:

  • Chief financial officer;
  • Corporate finance;
  • Senior departmental manager; and
  • Responsibility centre manager.

The Strategic Planning category has one organizational role:

  • Strategic and corporate planning.

The Investment Management category has one organizational role:

  • Investment management governance.

The Other Functional Roles category has four organizational roles:

  • Asset management services;
  • Communications;
  • Human resources; and
  • Information technology.
