Please note the following changes, effective November 17, 2011.

The Policy on Management of Real Property is amended as follows:

• Section 2.1 changed "within the meaning of" to "as defined in."
• Section 2.2 changed "Reporting Standard for Real Property" to "Reporting Standard on Real Property."
• Section 3.5 changed "It is essential that this policy be implemented" to "This policy is to be read," added "the Policy on Investment Planning" and "the Policy on the Management of Projects," and changed "Policy on Project Management" to "Project Management Policy."
• Section 3.6 removed "Treasury Board has authorized the Secretary of the Treasury Board to amend operational directives and standards issued in support of this policy," changed "Reporting Standard for Real Property" to "Reporting Standard on Real Property" and added "Fire Protection Standard."
• Section 5.1 deleted "and its associated directive and standards."
• Section 6.1.6 deleted "imposed in Appendix B" and added "established by Treasury Board."
• Section 6.1.16 deleted "outlined in Appendix B" and added "established by the Treasury Board."
• Added section 6.2.5, "organizational capacity to manage real property transactions is regularly reviewed and, when capacity-based limits have been approved, attestations of capacity are provided to the Treasury Board Secretariat."
• Removed "Appendix B - Transaction Approval Limits and Conditions."
