The Style of the Course

The two Courses in the PIA Training Program have several design features that you should know about before you begin the program. These design features are itemized below.

1. 

   If you find that you only want to access one or two particular parts of the a Course, you can do this at any point during the Course. In other words, you can 'opt out' of material at your own discretion.
2. Each Course is divided into a series of sequential Modules. At the end of each Module there is a content summary.

3. 

   This Course also has an optional self-evaluation where you can review and check your knowledge. If you decide to complete the evaluation, you will get immediate feedback on your answers.
4. Throughout the Course you have the option of linking to additional information, such as the Privacy Act.

5. 

   Each Course also has an email feature. If you have additional questions after you've taken any of the Courses, you can use this email feature to ask these questions to Treasury Board personnel. The email address is: pgol-pged@tbs-sct.gc.ca.
