The Organizational Readiness Office (ORO) leads a collaborative, enterprise-wide approach to community development in support of government change initiatives that impact the IM and IT communities and others that are fundamental to federal operations:

• Information Management (IM);
• Information Technology (IT).

Community Development Model

The ORO's Community Development Model, a component of the ORO Strategic Framework, represents an enterprise-wide approach to managing and developing community resources. This model supports the development of products and services that provide a consistent and coordinated approach to capacity building at all levels of Government.
