What Do I Need?

Who we are looking for

People who are:

  • motivated and enjoy a challenge;

  • fluent in one or both official languages (English, French); and
  • willing to relocate (in some cases).

People who enjoy teamwork and have:

Qualifications

Skills, education, and experience—these are all part of the mix. However, the exact qualifications we are looking for vary from one occupational group and position to another.

Here are some examples:

FI-01 Financial Management

  • Successful completion of a post-secondary program with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce, or economics OR possession of the Government of Canada Financial Management Certificate

FI-02 Financial Management

  • A degree from a recognized university with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce, or economics AND eligibility for a recognized professional accounting designation (i.e. CA, RIA/CMA, or CGA)
  • Core knowledge in one or more of the four traditional functional streams within financial management: accounting operations, financial policy, resource management/financial planning, or financial systems
