2. Increased common understanding of common policy instruments and assessment tools
3. Reduction in the number of work descriptions, organization models, and training requirements
4. Increased common alignment of departmental IM functions
5. Increased IM-related knowledge and skills for employees at all levels, and for IM functional specialists

Support for Initiatives

Strategic initiatives drive implementation of the GC IM Strategic Outcomes. The inititatives are recommended through CIMB People and Capacity Sub-Committee (PCSC).
