Isolated Posts and Government Housing Directive - Annual Report


Information Notice

September 12, 2005

The Isolated Posts and Government Housing Directive (IPGHD) requires that departments provide periodically to the Treasury Board Secretariat a consolidated report containing information in the following areas:

  • Annual Costs of Allowances
  • Travel and Transportation Costs
  • Government Housing Rental Charges and Adjustments

Accordingly, it is requested that the above-noted information be provided for the period August 1, 2004 to July 31, 2005.  In your reports, please include all isolated posts where your employees are living and working as well as the number of employees in each location.

In order to help facilitate the process, you can download an Excel spreadsheet which can be used to collect and report the data.
