The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 16.21 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints Alan Pelman of Vancouver, British Columbia, as member of the Department of Natural Resources Audit Committee.

The Appointee shall hold office during pleasure and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Appointment for Audit Committee Members, effective May 19, 2016, for a term of four (4) years.
