The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 16.21 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby renews the term [T.B./C.T.- 2009-009] of Richard Neville of Ottawa, Ontario as member of the Canada Border Services Agency Audit Committee.

The Appointee shall hold office during pleasure and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Appointment of Audit Committee Members effective April 1, 2013 for a term of four (4) years.
