Treasury Board Appointment Order Audit Committee Member - Richard Dicerni

The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 16.21 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby amends Treasury Board Appointment Order 2016-046, by changing the role of Richard Dicerni of Ottawa, Ontario, from member to member and Chair of the Shared Services Canada Audit Committee.

The change of role is effective May 23, 2017 . Mr. Dicerni continues to hold office during pleasure and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Appointment for Audit Committee Members for the remainder of the existing term ending November 16, 2019.
