The Treasury Board, on the recommendation of the President of the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 16.21 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby renews the term
[T.B./C.T.- 2012-025] of Mario Clément of Ottawa, Ontario, as member of the Shared Services Canada Audit Committee.

The Appointee shall hold office during pleasure and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Appointment for Audit Committee Members, effective November 17, 2016, for a term of two (2) years.
