Career Assignment Program: Leadership Competencies

CAP assessment, selection, and development are based on the leadership competencies which form the basis for the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) leadership profile. The 14 leadership competencies have been defined for the following levels: Assistant Deputy Minister; Director General; Director; Manager; Supervisor; and Individual Contributor. CA-01 and CA-02 assessment, selection and promotion, will utilize the leadership competencies for Managers. The Pre-Qualification process is based on the leadership competencies for Directors.
