President of the Treasury Board's Reports

Annual Reports to Parliament - Crown Corporations and Other Corporate Interests of Canada

The President of the Treasury Board is required by Part X of the FAA to prepare and table annually in Parliament a report that includes a list of all Crown corporations and other corporations in which the Crown has an interest, employment and financial data, and such other information that the President may consider relevant. This report reflects extensive consultations within government, with CEOs and Chairs of Crown corporations, federal deputy ministers, their provincial counterparts and private sector leaders. It identifies more than 30 measures to strengthen oversight, management and accountability and to increase transparency in Crown corporations, while at the same time respecting the autonomy and arms-length relationship of Crown corporations with Government.
