• Corporate plans and budgets for 16 Crown corporations
• Governance, Crown corporation policy issues and portfolio coordination matters
• “Champion” within TBS for the small agency community
• Provide advice, tools, training and common approaches for Crown corporation submissions
• Lead specialized reviews on governance related matters
• Draft the Annual Report to Parliament on Crown Corporations and Other Corporate Interests of Canada
