Provincial / Territorial Relations

The Federal Councils and External Relations Division (FCER) of the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) coordinates TBS's effective working relationships with key provincial / territorial partners and stakeholders to facilitate information exchanges in areas of common interest, sharing best practices and lessons learned, and preparing for upcoming challenges.
