This online tool is intended for government staff and managers at all levels of
the public service interested in learning more about results-based management (RBM)
and managing for results. This tool takes you through all the steps in managing
for results. Each step is represented as a different component on the circular
graphic below.
The tool is intended to be a fun, interactive presentation of the material on
results-based management. Your progress is not being tracked, so you can feel
free to roam about the tool as you feel is appropriate for you. However, there
is a logical sequence to the way the modules are presented
and you may feel that you want to walk through the tool in this more systematic
way. As well, the case study example presented in Modules 2 to 6 also builds
upon itself as you progress through the tool. After each module is a
self-assessment quiz. Again, the answers are not being recorded, but the
questions may serve as a useful way for you to assess your intake of the
material presented in each Module.
Good luck and enjoy!
