Departmental Spending Trends, 2008-2009 to 2010-2011

The graph compares the Department’s three-year spending trend for estimates, planned spending, total authorities and actual spending, as well as for Canada’s Economic Action Plan Initiatives. NRCan’s total actual spending for 2010-11 was $4.357 billion. NRCan’s spending increased from previous years – a $1,068.8 million and $526.4 million increase from 2008-09 and 2009-10 levels respectively
