Strategic Outcome and Program Activity Architecture

The Court’s Strategic Outcome is: The administration of Canada’s final court of appeal is effective and independent.

Two Program Activities contribute to the Strategic Outcome: Process hearings and decisions and Internal Services.

Process hearings and decisions has three sub-activities:

• Management of Court Cases,
• Library Services and
• Process Payments to the Supreme Court Pursuant to the Judges Act.

Internal Services has three sub-activities:

• Governance and Management Support,
• Resource Management Services and
• Asset Management Services.
