2009 Report of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Chapter 1, Applying the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act Four recommendations were directed at the Agency. Three of the recommendation focused on the Agency's Quality Assurance Program. The other recommendation identified long-standing, systemic issues with federal coordination in environmental assessment.
