| Tenth report of the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security – 14 recommendations (joint response from Public Safety Canada, Industry, Justice and International Trade) Committee found counterfeiting of goods to be a growing phenomenon in Canada, one that increasingly involves goods that present health and safety hazards for consumers. Note: The Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology (INDU) also tabled a report in the House with respect to counterfeiting of goods two weeks after the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security tabled their report.
