  1. Contact the CLF Office for guidance.
  2. Request for exemption to include:
    • a list of the requirement(s) that can not be met;
    • a detailed rationale for non-conformance for each requirement; and
    • a thorough description of the risks associated with not complying.
  3. Must originate from the minister presiding over the institution and be submitted in writing to the President of TB
