Subject: ATIP Community Meeting of September 30, 2009
The next ATIP Community meeting will be held on September 30, 2009 at the RA Centre from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. You will find attached the agenda of the day's events.
ATIP Community Meetings are exclusively for members of the ATIP Community. Members of the ATIP Community are defined as public servants that work in federal institution ATIP offices.
Even though there is no cost for this event, registration is mandatory. You may register by email at ippd-dpiprp@tbs-sct.gc.ca by Friday, September 25th.
Presentation of Government of Canada identification cards is required to gain access to the meeting room. For those institutions that do not issue identification cards, please notify us when registering.
Please note that in consideration of all participants, the use of electronic devices (i.e. laptop computers, Blackberries, etc.) is not permitted during the meeting.
There will be an information session on "How to Create or Revise a Personal Information Bank" given in the afternoon in English with simultaneous translation for in-person participants. There is no cost for the afternoon session but registration is also required and will be on a first come, first served basis.
